Seiko Transocean watches were introduced to the market in January 2016, presented as watches with a sporty-elegant design suitable for every situation, including city life and office work, but with all the features of professional divers.
The careful design is complemented by high-quality materials: a bezel entirely made of ceramic, sapphire with anti-reflective coating on the inner surface, steel (titanium for the Spring Drive models) with Diashield treatment.
Seiko Transocean 6R
For the launch, six versions based on the automatic 6R15 caliber were proposed, including two limited editions: SBDC037, SBDC039, SBDC041, SBDC043 (Limited to 500 pieces) and SBDC045 (Limited to 500 pieces).
The two limited editions (SBDC043 and SBDC045) are the result of a collaboration with ZERO Halliburton.
A few months later, in July 2016, the SBDC047 model was added to the previous ones, in collaboration with RISINGWAVE.
